He may have a peg leg and a hook for a left hand, yes. But Captains are as deadly as their crew and as thirsty for booty as any pirate. Armed with their trusty parrot companion, these guys are tough and don't go down without a fight.
Overview
Leader of the pirates, this tough old man has good and powerful weapons, and thanks to his high health and armor he has the capabilities to take greater damage than any other of the pirate classes. With a little skill and a good usage of the blunderbuss this class can be dominating. If things get too tough you can always rely on your parrot to distract your enemies to your advantage. Because of the peg leg and old age, this fellow is not the fastest class in the game, but not the slowest either.

Captain's Cutlass
Bigger and badder than the skirmisher's cutlass. Although it's very powerful and swings pretty fast, charging takes some time. This is the weapon you will be using most of the time, and it has the capabilities to bring down big opponents too.

Blunderbuss
Captain's old firearm weapon that deals fair amount of damage if fired up close, and also has a push back effect. Like a contemporary shotgun, the ammo spreads, so you must be very close to your enemy to deal full damage.There is a short delay after you fire. The Blunderbuss has to be reloaded after every shot, which makes you an easy target for enemies for few seconds. When your special meter is full, press the special button to load your weapon with an explosive cannonball.

Parrot and Hook
Captains trusty companion who is trained to kill and will attack the closest enemy to peck their eyes out! Very weak damage but annoying as hell on the receiving end, so makes a good distraction and it's an easy way to fill the special bar a little. Try to aim the parrot away from your target, or up in the air before releasing it to make it's flight path more unpredictable. If the parrot is killed, it takes 30 seconds for a new one to respawn. The captain's been a fighter all his life and has seen some dark days. The amputation of his left hand after it went gangrenous during a prolonged stay on a desert island, for instance - so he can claw enemies with his hook, which does minimal damage and small reach but is an excellent tool to humiliate enemies.
